Michigan citizens have a new problem gambling helpline, 1-800-GAMBLER. The MGCB’s partnership with NCPG is designed to achieve consolidation of problem gambling helplines and improve the access of Michiganders to helpful resources.

Michigan online casinos ended 2023 by smashing the existing monthly and annual revenue records. The state generated $181.4 million in December 2023 and totalled $1.96 billion throughout the year. Five casino operators also set monthly revenue records.

Governor Whitmer has reappointed two members of the Michigan Gaming Control Board to serve for an additional four years. The two members, Joni Davis and Andrew Palms will remain on the Board till Dec. 31, 2024.
